according to someone who just put money down on one
Derek Lucas : I have confirmed slot #1 for a Hellcat at a local dealer as soon as order banks open. No markup at all. $62,636 with my configuration (includes gas guzzler tax and destination charge) + tax and title. The waiting game begins... :)

Probably depends on your relationship with the local dealer, too.

It's totally up to the individual dealer. Some will take MSRP and some will try to bleed people dry. It's hard to remember now but when the 2005 Mustang came out the GTs were hard to get and some dealers were charging $5k over sticker for them. The dealer I went through said they never charge above sticker because it pisses people off and they won't come back for service or future sales.

Yet the FR-S and BRZ had crazy dealer markups, with only 200 horsepowers?
